In-home pet sitting is a great alternative to boarding. When your pets are able to stay in their own familiar environment, their stress level is greatly reduced...and so is yours! Read more about my services below.
How it works
After visiting your home for the initial consultation, I will have learned about your pet's regular routine: potty times, walks, food schedules, etc. During your time away, I will stick to that routine as closely as possible. In general, I visit your home 4 times per day; each visit lasts approximately 20 minutes. During this time, I will check food and water, take your dog out for a walk or potty, and have some playtime and snuggles. I also like to send regular updates or photos via email or text message while you are away.
You can also ask me to: clean litter boxes, scoop poop, administer medications, brush your pet, bathe your pet, water plants, bring in mail, and take out the garbage. All of these services are offered at no extra cost.
What it costs
Clients in Thornton, Meservey, Alexander, Sheffield, Rockwell, Swaledale, or any surrounding areas - $15 per day or $7 for a one-time visit
Clients in Mason City, Clear Lake, Ventura, or any surrounding areas - $20 per day
Multiple pets - add $3 to each day, regardless of how many pets you have
Holiday - I charge $5 extra on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas
I also offer a discount for trips lasting 7+ days.
